I have lived here for almost one year. I had no idea what I would be getting into before I moved in. I did a walk through to see the place in january. The apartment was still being clean. The lanolium was filthy, the carpet looked like it had been sitting there for years. I was told that I was getting a townhome that had been turned over. I ended up getting a home that I originally looked at. I figured that they would finish doing their job before I moved in. When I moved in, the tile was still filthy and the carpet didn't get pulled up. I called plenty and was told only that they would look at it. I didn't want them to look at it! I wanted it gone! The closet doors all fell off and it took them almost 4 months for them to be replaced. It is very ridculous when there is only one maintenance guy for two townhome complexs. Management did a turnover and I notice that I would get paperwork and the dates and writing didn't correspond with the records. It's crazy! They have a continuous nasty bug problem, and pest control was there everyday all week long! Oh by the way they still haven't ripped the carpet or tile up. Other residents have complained of bugs and things taking way too long to be fixed. I bet it the department of health came out they wouldn't be happy. The furnace room in my home stays locked and if anything is to happen and the emergency pager wasn't answered I am screwed! I mean in case of a emergency for a tornado or some catastrophic event where can we hide' There's no basement, only bathroom is upstairs(where it can be ripped right off too)can't hide in the furnace room because it is looked. You pay rent, plus most utilities and we don't even have a washer and dryer in the unit. The washroom that does exist you have to walk in the cold to get to it, oh I forgot it closes at 9:00 p.m. at least if we have to walk outside, can we wash whenever we want' I would not recommend anyone who wanted to build a life to this place, it is very dissapointing.
