My husband and I just recently moved out of building 4. I must say when we first moved in 2 years ago it was a decent place. In our last year it went down the toliet. We were on the first floor and the people above us that had just moved in played their music way to loud. It was so loud that our walls in our bedroom would shake. My poor cat would not come out from underneath the bed until it would stop. It took the maintenance crew some time to fix our leaky ceiling in the bedroom. They fixed the leak from the outside but did nothing about the water stains on our ceiling. The water damage was so bad that the textured paint on the ceiling completely fell off. What a nice thing to come home to. Anyway I do not recommend this complex to anyone.
