I've lived in the Atrium for 2 years. I love my apartment. Having a washer and dryer, fireplace and balcony is wonderful. I also love the underground heated garage. The walls are a little thin and the fire alarm goes off alot. They leave the garage door open consistently, but I've never had anything stolen or felt unsafe. The people they have been renting to in the last year have brought the place down a bit, but for the value and everything you are getting its a wonderful place to live in.
