Couldn't pay me to continue my lease

If you are considering living at the Atrium, I would strongly advise you to re-think that decision. I have been living in Building 2 for approximately 6 months and have never had a worse apartment experience in my life. My apartment is nice enough, but the heat has continually stopped working in the past month. This is not a good situation, as you might imagine, now that the cold winter is upon us. When I call to have it fixed the staff feeds me excuses as to why it is not working, as opposed to just coming in to fix it.
If you are looking for a safe place to live, this is not it. The "secure" building constantly has it doors propped open, and the garage door is broken every other day (allowing entrance into the building).
If I could break my lease, I would. The next 6 months are going to be the longest of my life. There is nothing in this world that could get me to stay at the Atrium.
