PROS:The Atrium is a nice place, it's not ghetto and dark looking inside the apartments. The building is very attractive, they architechs did a great job. I stayed in a studio apartment, it had an up and downstairs it was neat. The outdoor view is amazing!

CONS: My rent rate went up to renew my lease. I could hear the guy nextdoors knocking the boots with every booty call that walked through the door, I could hear the little 7 year old yelling at her dad saying that the water is too cold in the tub. The pool and weight room closes at 11pm, the people that get off of work late want to take a swim too!
A mouse was walking in slow motion in the hallway, so I ran upstairs and I heard this guy stomping him to death, but I havent seen 1 since.
