My husband and I paid a $100 refundable deposit when we first moved in. We got two kittens halfway through our lease and had to pay an extra $50 a month and a $250 refunable deposit for them. When we moved out we got none of the deposits back because they were suposidly non-refundable. They love to lie and delay on helping you. Our oven, dishwasher, washer, and dryer did not work properly through the 12 months that we were here and they made no effort to fix them. We also have had several things break, from every door in the kitchen to the blinds. If you move here you will be paying way too much for what you will be recieving.

I completely agree. The maintenance staff is lacking and ill-trained. The response time for repairs is just and inadequate as their work.
