I have been a tenant for a year now, and will not be renewing my lease. From the day i moved in i have had multiple maintance problems that have yet to be fixed, including windows not opening, dishwasher, washer and dryer not working, and the bathroom fan doesn't work. I have turned in numerous maintance reports and they never came to fix the problems... I eventually had to buy a book and fix them myself. The carpets are dirty and stained, the trash chute doors broken, and the dog buildings smell and are not maintained.
