Price is outrageous for quality of apartment building. It's very obvious that no investment has been made to maintain the apprearance inside the apartmenets, these apartments attract an "interesting" crowd. I do not feel safe walking in or outside of the apartment at night (or even during the day for that matter).There is a new smell every morning as you leave your apartment ranging from BO to wet dog. Dogs bark upstairs constantly and people are not evicted. I called for a maintence request and the staff was dull and lifeless! I imagine they receive MANY calls each day. I can not wait to move out!

I think this person is making these things up. They are continually making improvements to the property infact they are remodeling the interior of my builing right now and it is looking really great.

I think you are just another ignorant person that this company preys on. No one in these apartments is aware of their rights as renters, and therefore the staff, which is extremely lacking in professionalism, maturity, and customer service etiquette, takes advantage of these rights. The staff at the Atrium frequently and without concern, takes advantage of this ignorance, and is in constant violation of the Landlords Rights and Responsibilities Laws. Furthermore, the "remodeling" is a poor attempt to draw in people, particularly young and gullible people, but the quality of the work is inferior. Upon closer inspection you will see filthy carpet that is covered in paint from the constant sloppy repainting after every tenant, windows that are not sound or weather resistant, and water damage can be noted EVERYWHERE. Just look up once in awhile and you'll see the cracks all around indicative of water leaks. I know; we have had water leaking from the upstairs down through the kitchen light since we moved in. No attempt at mold control was made, the cracks just keep getting resealed. I suggest you open your eyes and educate yourself. The pretense at professionalism that you receive upon your initial visit is not an example of how this staff actually handles concerns of their tenants.
