You WILL regret moving here!

Even if we liked the apartment itself, which I do not now, the unprofessional, immature, and uneducated staff would have deterred us for good.
We have had a water leak in our apartment, pouring out of our kitchen light fixture (nice hazard) since we moved in 4 months ago. They have attempted to "fix" it too many times to count. And when I say "fix" the only thing being done is reasealing the cracks and hole! No one cares out our concerns for mold. Privacy is completely disregarded, and even though this problem began the DAY AFTER WE MOVED IN the staff here acts like WE are the ones being a hassle when we keep having to request maintenance to "repair" the problem. I don't think the Laramar Corporation could find less-quality, less-educated staff to run their office. These men and women do not understand one iota of what it means to work with the public, let alone what it means to work within the law of the the Landlord Rights and Responsibilities. And not only do they enter apartments unannounced, without prior notice or consent, but they will give your apartment key to "contractors" to enter your apartment at will, again without consent or notice, and without any of the maintenace staff with them, to do "repairs". If this is not blatently illegal, I don't know what is. Go elsewhere. These people should have gone out of business long, long ago.
