I lived at the Atrium for only a few months, but could not wait to get out of there. Within my first week, my purse was stolen from inside my apartment. Management was told and did nothing, even with a police report. I was originally impressed by the leasing agent that showed me around, but there is a whole new team there and they don't know what they are doing. Make sure that you get everything they say in writing as they will change their stories to suit their needs. The new staff that they have there is unprofessional, disorganized, and rude! They definately have their own agenda which has very little to do with making your experience there a good one. If you decide to call the Atrium home, expect to have troubles. They may offer a cheap price to get you in the door, but you will get what you pay for. Cheap service!!
