I just moved into the Atrium and have to say that both maintenance and office staff has been wonderful! They welcomed me home with a great gift, my apartment was clean and they even painted my accent walls for me, for no extra charge. I required some alterations to my apartment due to a hadicap that I have an maintenance was more than happy to do them and do them quickly!! So far this place has been great and not as bad as some of the other reviews said.
