I have been here unfurtunatly for three years. I moved in with my boyfriend on the third floor which was a short stay because the lady on our left would scream at her kids all night long preventing us from sleeping, then on the right people played music so obnoxiously loud we couldn't even think straight. My car was broken into and stereo was stolen, so we asked to leave, they said they need a 60 day written notice plus an extra $1000- when that wasn't an obtion we simply asked to switch rooms and inturn we had to sign a new lease-(thanks for caring staff) we moved down to the ground floor at the end of the building which was worse than upstairs because we could here the door slam anytime someone went in or out of the building and when people walk the stairs it sounds like a heard of angry elephabts, and dont forget the high volume of drunk/high teens outside causing ruckus-once again we were not sleeping. After all this we had a mouse due to the crapy foundation and structure of the building, and with a little baby, enough is enough!! Once again the rude staff did not care and said we would have to sign another lease to move apartments. So we moved across the hall with the same noise of everyone in and out at all hours and on top of that, the boys above us were making our lives a living hell by stomping around and having wild partys while screaming outside night after night. I was complaining to the atriums very inexperienced, rude staff my troubles and the were so kind as to hang up the phone on me, 3 months of complaing and i finally got somewhere after i kindly informed the staff that these boys were breaking the contract by law and need to be removed or i was going to come in there everyday and make there lives a living hell(i think they finally got the picture). as of today they still live there and after 3 sleepless years, i will be so glad when i move. The Atrium has made it so i will never rent an apartment building every again.

can you not understand the post? I kept trying to find an apartment where I could get some sleep and each time I moved I would have to sign a new lease-how could i make this any clearer?
