Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
Do not move here. My ceiling only had to cave in three times before any actual work was done on it. They increase their prices every other month for the current residents. You can also forget parking in the lot, unless you pay $25 for a garage spot. My refrigerator broke twice and took days for maintenance to even show up.
