I have never seen such poor office management than what I have seen here at the Atrium. The new staff here leave much to be desired. Calls and service requests go unanswered. They will hold you accountable however for every letter of the lease, whether or not they have done their job in the first place. Plowing was never done in the winter and people struggled with parking over mounds of snow for weeks. The garages are dark and you have to pay $25, vandalism was everywhere. The apartment seemed quant when I first took a look and the price was cheap. The service I have gotten reflects what I am paying for I guess. Don't waste your time with this place, you will regret it!!
