I have lived at The Atrium for about 8 months now with no problems.

PARKING: The outdoor lot is very crowded. Many people complain about the parking with upwards of $400 in parking fines from Burnsville's own parking regulations (no parking on the street at night). The underground parking is only $25/month and it's heated. The garage is a bit dark, but not much more than your typical parking garage downtown. I have received notices about plowing/garage work that requires all vehicles to be off the lot/out of the garage with about two days notice by handouts on my door and every entrance to the buidling.

NOISE: I live on the top floor and have rarely had a noise problem. Of course, I did not live near a stairwell or entrance, so I cannot comment on those factors. Every once in a while, I would hear someone elses music, but that was during the day and it was not obnoxious. My neighbor actually knocked on my door one day to inform me they were having a party and that they were leaving around 10:00pm, so any noise would stop at that time.

MANAGMENT: Either fortunately or unfortunately, I have not needed any maintenance down nor required any contact with the management other than parcel pick-up. I have no comments for the maintenance/management crew.

BUYER BEWARE: Sure the Lease is a lengthy one, but it is in YOUR best interest to read it. I got a deal of three months free when I moved in and made sure that stipulation was written on the lease and signed/dated.

The parking is now 50.00. And you are obviously not talking about the Atrium staff! They are the worst management team I have ever seen in my life! No one knows what is going on and no one cares to know either, they have absolutely no respect for any issue you have, once the lease is signed you can kiss away all of your rights.

They don't even know what's going on on their own properties, here there or anywhere. They are smug trailer trash. Just look at their required trash collector type uniforms. Actually, that's an insult to the city trash collectors, they have higher moral standards and use better English than anyone in this office. I heard $35, so I guess there's a different parking deal for everyone.
