Atrium Apartments
AVERAGE RATING
< | >
I just left the Atrium after being a resident for two years. Originally the staff was marvelous but after the company was bought out it became a different management staff that wasn't as accomodating.
Good things: The apartments are nice, with wood burning fire places and in-home washers and dryers. In comparison with the rest of Burnsville, I found the prices to be resonable. Pets are allowed for a fee.
Bad things: People have already mentioned the fire alarms but noone has yet to mention the pigeons. My deck was infested and they had to put a wire over the thing. So much for the view!
Recommendations: If you want to live here get an apartment on the thrid floor. It cuts down on the noise. From the residents polled, building 2 is the quietest. Also, get the stupid parking permit, it is worth it when it gets crowed in the lot. Lastly, you MUST give them 60 days notice to move out otherwise they throw in a 1000 fine (ridiculous) so watch out for that.

If you give proper notice there is not a $1000 fine, that is only true if you want to break your lease!! It clearly statest that in my lease.

The fine is now two months rent plus 60 days notice thats 4 months total. So they lock you in to the ---- hole place if you do move here you will hate it here and you will, your stuck so beware. I tried to break my lease but cant afford to, I dont feel safe the doors are broken and there has been 6 diffrent times that someone has broken into the garage and busted windows since I live here stealing stuff out of peoples cars and you pay to park there why , The staff does nothing.. this place suck bad.
