too much money for a poorly run place

Parking is the worst! My heat is not working, calling about that today we'll see how that goes. Underground parking is now $50 a month. In the summer everyone has there pool parties and thus further complicating the parking issue not to mention the noise. When I confronted the staff I told them I was not as concerned about the noise but more so with the parking tickets because of limited space. They said I should park in k-marts parking lot and that "if the noise isnt bothering me that it is probably bothering someone else so I should still call and report it". What the ''' Now I am working for you' Oh and my truck got towed right from in front of my unit because they were re-taring the lot, yes, I will admit they gave us a little notice but they take your plate number when signing a lease, if I were in their shoes I would make the extra effort call the resident and let them know they need to move their vehicle asap. Everyones happy.But no that would mean extra effort. They are irritating their customers. The tow was $175 and I was one of about 30 cars. Tell me atrium doesnt get a cut of that. All the bad reviews are accurate here. Those poor new residents, just wait.

So they gave you notice and you are mad that YOU FORGOT!!! Sounds like it was your mistake, not theirs! Plus I don't have any problem with parking! I have reserved spot in the heated garage. It may be $50 a month but that is only like $1.50 a day to ensure no problems with parking. Maybe then your truck wouldn't have been towed and you could have save $125 that month!!!

I agree probably was a staff member that wrote the first post! I live at the Atrium and that "heated parking" means "thiefs welcome!"
