I just moved to the atrium in June. And I happened to have a problem with my dishwasher. and the maintance team came and helped me out right away. and when ever i have a question about my bill or lease the office is very helpful and cares about my problems. I do not know what these other people are complaining about. Please dont let one bad apple spoil the bunch for you. you will be happy I am.

there's more than one "bad apple" [or whatever, in your opinion] the entire community is disappointed in their investment, and we should at the very LEAST be provided some satisfaction/happiness in our residence.
