I have been living at the atrium for some time now, and I think it is great here! There are lots of great people, and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. I had one problem with my heat the first winter I was here, I called the emergency number and someone was in my apartment to fix it within 30 minutes!!! He got the heat working and I didn't have another problem. As for the people having parking problems- get a reserved spot!! Paying a little extra is worth the time, hassle and extra money it costs for tickets and towing!!!! Plus I really like being able to pull into the garage and know exactly where to park.

Also they started this cool new thing where they call you when the lot is being plowed! After that big dump of snow last weekend I got a notice on my door and a phone call that night as reminder they would be plowing the next day so I would not forget!! THat was great service!!!

To anyone who reads this site I would take all the negative comments with a grain of salt, becuase most of these people are probably mad that the office wouldn't break the rules or hold their hand to make sure they did what they were supposed to!! I am friends with many of the people that live here and got some of my other friends to move here too!!! (which I got $500 for each in a check by the way!!) I know you would love it here!!! Why else would I get my friends to live here too!
