Bad from the start. We were showed a mock apartment that was not to the scale of the apartment we moved into. The indoor pool was freezing for the first few months we were here. The hot tub was also freezing at one point and then WAY too hot to get into. Once it recheaded a comfortable temp, it had too many chemicals in it and it burned our eyes. We have had multiple problems with our washer. after three tries at fixing it, they finally had to remove it and put in a new one. They didn't balance it and it also caused problems until I balanced it. The kitching ceiling leaked because of the plumbing in the shower upstairs. We told them about it and they re-caulked the tub, not doing anything about the plumbing. We told them again about it on a Saturday. The lady in the office was upset at us for telling her and told us we had to wait in our apartment until the maintenance guy got there. It made no sense since they can come into your place whenever they want during the week. She eventually told us it was our problem and we would have to pay for it even though we had already asked them to fix it once. Forget about safety. The door to the building was always propped open by some idiot kid to let their friends in. Whenever my fiance would talk to the girls in the office about a problem, they were very rude to her. If you want rude office mangers to deal with, this is definately your place, and if you really want stuff to not work, choose the Atrium Apts!

If all of the previous issues aren't enough, now the tenants were informed that the office has been vandalized and tenants personal information may be at risk. What next?????? The managers did issue a disclaimer in their notice stating since they had informed tenants of this potential security breach, they would not be responsible for the misuse of anyone's personal information. Guess what? You're right, just another attempt to try to disregard tenant complaints. You have legal rights if their lack of security causes any leaks/misuse of your personal information. Don't let them get away with telling you otherwise.
