When I moved here I fell in love with the unique shape of my apartment. (the person was very good at selling) I moved in, and not even a month later did I start to see what I just got myself into! I received a note on my door about a break in at the office. Great now people are going to steal my identity. All I want is to be able to come home and relax not have to worry about where I live. Then I hear that there are car break ins all of the time! i even spoke with 2 people that had actually had their motorcyles stollen from the garage (that is supposed to be secure, thats why both myself and roomate pay $100 total to park there)!!!! And that there is nothing the staff wants to do about it. The manager running this place is (how can I put this nicely) slow. I do not know if she even has an ounce of common sense in her. The staff changes, I swear, daily. I have seen, I do not know how many changes in the 10 months that I have been here. There was one girl that I like to talk to, but she isnt there anymore. I now do not mind talking to the assistant manager but now I heard she is leaving (or they are pushing her out.) but anyone else is just a waste of your breath. If you tell anyone else about a problem your having with your apartment it wont get fixed. I dont know if they just truely do not care or if they are to lazy to let maintance know about anything. Please do not move here!!! there are many other apartment places around here. You will indeed regret moving here as I now do. I wish I would have known about this website before I moved in. But I am definately moving in January when my lease is up. (it is so bad here that I am happy to move during a snow storm just to get away from here!)

This place is absolutely the lowest, most scheming, anti-tenant apartment complex I've every heard of. Due to their failure to send out their montly rental bill in a timely fashion, they wanted to add an additional $25.00 fee to the rent since we had not received their bill and did not have the payment slip to accompany our payment, even though we provided the rental payment on time. Ridiculous!!!!
