This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I have worked in Property management for the last 7 years and moved here because they had a great special and floorplan. WOW! I was amazed at how terrible it was - it was by far the worst place I have ever seen. In my 2 level apartment the upstairs bedroom was always smoking hot, summer or winter and the only control you had over the temperature in your apartment was a wall unit upstairs, which only cooled my bedroom. My apartment got so hot all my plants died. I had mice, the hallways were always dirty, my deck was falling apart,a nd it STUNK because of the common areas. Management was a JOKE, they couldn't get anything straight, and had no idea what was going on most of the time. The Pool was like a sauna in the summer and it was dirty, the hot tub was always foamy. Save yourself the drama and pay extra to move someplace else, you will be thankful that you did. I broke my lease because it was worth the money it would cost me to get out!!!!
