place is a piece of ----...management incompetent...terrible turn around on maintenance issues...apt. was dirty (there was even ---- in the toilet!) when we moved in...loud...beer cans/dog ---- in hallway...smells like pee in the hallway...again, we say RUN, don't walk...we will not renew our lease in '08!!!

I am the manager of the community and after review of this comment I have to say that while we are extremely sorry for any inconveinence you may have encountered, we can not repair/remedy any situation if we do not know of a problem. We encourage each resident to speak with the office when problems may arrise. Thank you!

My daughter and her fiancee live at the Atrium and has had constant issues with parking, no place to park, garage parking, other cars parked in their spaces, one of their cars, the window was busted out of while parked in the garage, security doors to apartment are broken,heat doesn't get repaired, they were told it couldn't be fixed, part of what they pay for is a pool and it hasn't been operational for 3 months...shall I continue??? It's ridiculous to pay high rent and not have every day issues taken care of.
