My boyfriend and I were looking to move in. We looked at this place 5/17/08. She wanted the $99 deposit before she even ran our applications! My credit score is 720 and she said that I didn't have high enough credit and we'd have to pay $695 deposit instead of the $99...Can you say bait and switch'! We decided not to go with them...Now, almost a month later, we can't get our $99 deposit cashed!!! We live in Rochester, MN so it's a pretty far drive up there. We had spoken with Jasulin before. I had called the day before going up there and spoke with Kelly and she said that she'd just sign the money order back to us...Well, we drive all the way up there and she's not there!!! This other woman said that they could not sign it back to us!!! I would NEVER recomend this place to anyone!!! Not only did they do a bait and switch, they wouldn't give us our money back!! Plus, when we were doing the tour it smells terrible, there's construction, parking is bad, and the apartments are small too!

Consider yourself lucky. If you take a look at the other reviews, believe every word that is written as it is definitely all true!! Being a former tenant, I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!
