I CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE OUT!!!!
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! I tried to get out of my lease a 3 weeks after I moved in. It's finally up in August. I don't even know where to begin! The staff is incompetent! My apartment always smelled of smoke ( I don't smoke), it was always damp, they only painted this month, a month before my lease is up. I paid extra to face the lake and woods in the back, HUGE PIGEON PROBLEM...which they do nothing about. People let their dogs poop in the hallways and it is not cleaned up right away. There are so many building code violations, I don't even know where to begin. I put in an order back in September of 08 for them to repair a gaping hole in the bottom of an emergency exit door. ( I was worried about rodents ) - It still hasn't been fixed. I called about it at least three times! I finally just moved out and continued to pay my rent. What a waste!!!!! It looks and seems so nice when you go in for the tour, and the grounds are managed way better in June and July ( I'm thinking it's to give people a false impression). This place is a total hole, and is completely over-priced for what it truly is. DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!

With so many townhouses and single family homes available to rent, why would anyone want to pay a similar price to live in this pit. Look around before you sign a lease.........

I know!! And did you know that pigeon poop, once dried allows the bacteria to go airborne and can get you really sick? Plus pigeons carry mites that live in their fecal matter as well as on the pigeons themselves. Their just as bad as mice, if not worse. The atrium does NOTHING about these vermin.

Our deck was covered in pigeon poop by the end of winter and we couldn't do anything about it because our door was tied shut. We're still using an air-soft gun to get rid of them.
