This review is in no specific order, just as I can think of some of the problems...............I wish I could think of some good things to say but I don't think thats going to happen............No place to park unless you pay an extra $50.00 to park in the garage with no security, cameras don't work and they won't fix them. Suppose to have security in lobby to see people before you buzz them in, does not work. Way to big of dogs live here for being an apartment complex, huge dogs! Grounds are full of dog waste. Hallways have damage from the dogs, urine stains, etc; stinks. Almost every light on the complex was burned out until the office was broken into, of course after the break in most have been replaced; until they burn out again. The bulbs were out for a couple years. All of the hallway carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. All the hallway walls need to be painted. The garage is very dirty. Garbage gets backed up alot in the chutes, so you then smell the garbage in the halls. Maintaince takes way longer then it should to get anything fixed, if they ever show up. Some of the apartments leak water. Alot of problems with bugs in the apartments. Not much for security, doors are broken alot. Rent is high for what you get. If you complain to the office you get on there "bad side right away" and have to walk on eggs shells there after. Some of the repairs should be done by pros but yet they will only let there maint staff work on it. If you ever try to get something done through the office it will be months and will probably not be done right, time after time. Not very friendly in the office once you sign the lease. If you don't get any promises in writing they generally will not follow through with whatever they promised. They love to tow cars in a heart beat. Usually theres less than 24 hours notice if cars need to be moved, then you get towed When you move out they love to charge alot for minor stuff. The whole property needs to be cleaned better. Lights are also burned out in the halls alot too. Inside the Apts need some TLC, model they show you when you move in looks great but when you move into the actual apt its not even close to the model. All I can say is that I would not recomend The Atrium Apartments to anyone unlees I did not like them. If you do move in, Good Luck............Was a nightmare for me......... Last thing I would like to say is that I have lived in 5 other Apt complexes over the years and the problems that I might of had with any of the others, combined are not even close to the many at the Atrium...........
