Where to start... Your all a bunch of crazies with no footing in reality. The Atrium is pretty well phenominal, I agree that sometimes the staff can be slightly off: I waited almost 4 months to receive a refferal bonus after the 90 days was up. The pool is always kept clean, and the rest of the amenities are usually up to spec, although the weights in the gym are slightly older, and the sauna seems to be hit or miss somtimes. Other than that I would most definitely be renewing my lease if I was not relocating out of the state. Overall it's the best place that I have rented from, It just seems like most of you are expecting way to much because perhaps you have either never rented before, or some jack-assed hoodlum that got evicted. Nice layout, prompt maitenence, great indoor/outdoor pool, all sorts of lame spiff's for simple things like getting your rent in on time'! Spiff's and gatherings may seem lame; but your lucky to even have an emergency maitenence request to get answered at some of the other places in burnsville. IF your looking in burnsville, Atrium is the place to be. My only other recommendation that comes close is the Observatory not far from the Atrium. The stupid is strong with apartment ratings.com, DO NOT listen to the imbeciles.

I totally agree with this response, its obvious that the person that posted this is a staff member! Atrium really is a terrible place to rent from any way you look at it.

I live here in building three, apartment is decent, seems to be a bit slanted though, my bathroom door doesnt stay halfway shut and my shower curten leans like halfway into my shower, its kinda anoying. Maintince is great, needed a new fridge had it the next day. PARKING SUCKS BALLS. If your not home by 7 you dont have a spot even though is saying in the lease you are entitled to one spot per lease holder. You can't park on the street overnight because you get a ticket. I will renew my lease just because I have put to much work into my apartent to move out. Otherwise I wouldn't renew my lesae here.

Lived at the Atrium for 3 years..I've seen two major meth busts and the "Crime Scene Forensics" van almost annually...I feel sorry for anyone living in 3....lots of police activity...I finally bought a Townhome...I seriously DO NOT recommend this place...c'mon the staff is cute just not very bright!

Ummmm yeah... you're the crazy one! You think this place is nice???? You're the hood rat who doesn't know any better!! - I can't imagine the dumps you've lived in prior to this one in order to think it's nice. This place is a total hole! I hate EVERYTHING about it!! I've rented in plenty of places! I paid not much more to live in a GORGEOUS condo downtown, so don't say that the renters who are complaining about the conditions don't have any prior renting experience... because we do. ( I've rented in at least 4 other places, all of which were WAY better than The Atrium).

HAHA I laughed when I read that post! What I noticed about the post is all the things they have like the pool, gym, and sauna! Great maybe they should look at the buildings! I could go on and on about how bad this place is however I have posted several times on here I think people can read my posts. What a joke!
