I moved into the Atrium when I moved to Minneapolis after college and the only reason I moved was to relocate to Philadelphia. I don't know why people are complaining about parking. I paid for underground parking and was very satisfied. Other apartments with garages charge the same rates.

I enjoyed having the full size washer and dryer in my unit as well as the convinient trash chutes on every floor. The pool and other amenities were also a plus. The staff was friendly and Becky the Assistant Manager is awesome! She knew me by name and handled any issues I had immediately. Maintenance issues were fixed right away with no issues. I loved living at the Atrium and wish I could find a place just like it here in Philadelphia. The rent is reasonable and cheaper than other places in the twin cities that offer the same amenities.
