i know exactly where all these complaints come from. I hear that damn white car rev his engine every morning. i see the cops outside at least three times a week between the domestic disturbances and the fire alarms going off once a week. not to mention that my own car got towed out of the lot (ok, so i didn't have my permit up, my bad) but the tow truck driver dropped my car off the truck and it it into another car causing over $1000 worth of damage. When i called the office the head manager laughed at me and said it wasn't their responsibility. What do they mean!!'' They hired these people! Also, when i first moved in, the door to the front of my building was broken down and a couple weeks later, the window was broken. I can't go one week without some a-hole asking me to let them in via the door system downstairs, or hearing kids playing in the hallway, or hearing a huge fight outside. Take it from me, DON'T LIVE HERE!

Wow I don't know what building you live in, But my experience has been the opposite. I have lived in bld #1 for 8 months now. Only once the fire alarm went off and my bld is very quiet. Although I do live on the 3rd floor and park in a heated undergroung parking spot, So that alone would alleviate most of your complaints. I am very happy living here.

You must living in building 2. I have all of the same problems as you if not more. We use underground parking as well and we never feel safe or secure leaving our car there. Ive had to call the cops on my ustars neighbors atleast 3 times for domestic and the people below me more than 6 times for blasting their music so loud i coldnt tell where it was coming from!!!

i live in building three and there is always ---- going on. people fighting outside, screaming at the top of their lungs. Or parents who let their kids play in the hallway for hours at a time. One week, our fire alarm went off 3 times. It is scary because it does not wake me up when i am sleeping; thank god for my neighbors who call me and let me know it is going off. The front door downstairs still doesn't close all the way. I also get calls all the time on my phone for people to let me in. that always has a nice response from me! I'm not letting anyone in! and the apartment management said that residents voted on the parking pass method. Yea right! I didn't get that memo! why would we choose a bright yellow tag to hang illegally from our rearview mirrors? seriously, it's not hard to get stickers that stick to our back windows. I am just upset with the situation. I really like my apartment, it is super cute and perfect for me and i like my neighbors, i just think management needs to rethink some ideas.

Building one is always the nice building because that's the one that they show to new residents! So there's not much that goes on there. This was the last apartment I lived in before buying a house. Because of all my problems there it pushed me to buying a home! I wish you all the best and doesn't look like this place is getting any better. I lived there almost 2 1/2 years ago.
