Do not rent here!! This is pure ghetto! I have NEVER in all my years of renting have experienced such disgusting living conditions!! We live in building 2 and the smell of rotting garbage hovers throughout the hallways, there is nasty cat liter scattered from every direction, the dog CRAP is left in hallways, the underground parking gargage....not to mention outside on the grounds which hardly anyone picks up after their pets. At any hour you listen to complete morons honking their horns because they are to lazy to actually get out of their cars to get the person they are picking up. People that have no idea how to maintain their cars and sound like a lawnmowers....(stupid white car!!!) Make sure that if you are dumb enough to rent here, look at your ACTUAL apartment not just the model, because you will be in for a BIGGGGG suprise! The carpets are filthy....we paid to have them cleaned, whoever painted the apartment must've been in kindergarden. The appliances were dirty, not properly working ect. The management staff is super excited and nice PRIOR to move in, because they want you to believe that you are important..blah blah blah, NOT!!!! they don't do anything to rectify any problems. We have actually become quite close to the awesome police officers in Burnsville due to the high rate of crime, sex offenders and living conditions. We CANNOT wait to get out of this DUMP!!!! I'm ASHAMED of the place I wanted so badly to call home!!!
