The Atrium Apts are the worst place I have ever lived. People do not clean up after their dogs and even let them crap in the halls. You cannot even step 1 foot out on the grass without stepping in dog crap. Not to mention, there is a horrible smell coming from outside from all the feces left from the owners who are too lazy to pick it up. I had even gotten bitten by a dog and reported it to the management and they said they would post flyers to make sure people watch around the building for stray pets or anything and they NEVER did. The garbage chute is always overflowing because no one can seem to gather enough strength to take the garbage into the garage where there is 2 more dumpsters that aren't even completely full. The management always seems to be changing their policies on the permit parking and it is getting really annoying. There is a light pole some dumbass driver ran into and knocked down and they havent fixed it after about 3 months and just put an orange cone over the top thinking no one will notice. This is not a desired place to live, for sure.

I have a dog and clean up after it but I agree. The poop can be a problem! I can name 4 residents in building one that don't clean up after their dog. Also I've see several dogs off leash. One attacked my dog and I have the pictures of bite marks on my lab to prove it. I now call the cops on all unleashed dogs because it's getting out of hand.
