If you want to live at a great place! with wonderful management, and a great community, Berkshire is the place for you.
There Mangement team, caretakers and maitenance are great. They go out of there way to do what they can to get the job done. The apartments are beautiful. and I love the private entrance. the grounds and the neighborhood is beautiful and kept up very well. I love it.

NOT WORTH IT!!! I HAVEN'T MOVED IN AND THE TOOK $600 OF MY MONEY AND SAID I COULDN'T GET IT BACK. THEY SEEMED REALLY NICE AT FIRST, BUT DON'T BE FOOLED. THEY RENTED OUT MY APARTMENT THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO MOVE INTO.
