We lived in a townhouse in Berkshire of Burnsville for a year and were happy with our experience. The townhouse was newly renovated and nicely done. The management was very responsive to any repairs or emergencies that arose (our heater fan went out and they replaced it the next day) and Jill is very friendly and easy to work with. The community is well kept and our neighbors were great. The only thing that we were not satisfied with was a list of repairs that we submitted with the move in condition report. Since all of these were minor it was not a big deal, but we would have liked them fixed. I can't speak for the apartments, but would recommend the townhouses.
