I've been in this place for three years now and haven't been impressed. Since I've lived here the pool hasn't been available all season long, the buildings are falling apart and there is a bad odor in the halls. Management raises the rent every year and still no improvements are made with the extra money. It's listed value is around $9 million dollars, why don't they take out an equity loan and make it a pleasant place to live'
