From the day I moved in to the third floor (12316 Bldg) and the elevator wasn't working so we had to move everything up the stairs I new I wasn't going to love my new home. More often than not the elevator was not an option, constantly out of order. What maintenance staff' Office hour'

I lived there 6 years and was there until 1998 in the 12316 building. They go through maintenance people and managers like water. Unfortunately a lot of places are just like them. I would never move back there. Heck we had a homeless guy living in the basement for a long time.....
