Management ran all the good Maintenance off! Safe' Let me put it this way, in the winter they would back the company 4x4 into one of the garages and left the snow plow sticking out passed the door. They would close the door down until it hit the plow. Someone stole it right off the truck! I could not recommend this place to anyone. The management just did not cut it!

I am a resident of the burncliff apartments. The rents have increaased without amenities to warrant the increases. There is a crazy system of sharing the cost of water. Added to the rent is a major water bill, added to rents that make no sense to begin with. I am not a section 8 renter. I work fourty to fifty hours a week. The majority of the people at this complex are employed. we are not supposed to be protrayed or treated as if we are dependent on goverment assistance. Sinse the change of on site management Burncliff apartments has become a place where many of us are ashame to say that we live. Our concerns are never responded to in a timely or respectful manner. Nonetheless being a long term resident there is issues with moving to another community, whereas moving expenses could create a hardship. I would never recommend this complex to a person that was looking for a safe, healthy, and sane envirnoment, because burncliff apartments is none of these things.
