our rent kept *magically* going up every few months. the people above us had some serious domestic violence going on, and despite calling the police three times they still lived there when the damned building burnt down last week.

management is completely incoperative with helping us to retrieve our belongings after the fire, and they had the nerve to ask us to pay double our pet deposit for the last four months of our lease.

people would hang out in the hallways and smoke/talk rapidly in spanish and lean up against our apartment walls until 2am.

we were paying over $700 for our tiny 1 bdrm not including our garage or any of our utilities.

i have never regretted a decision in my entire life like the one i made to live there.

I agree they did't let people retrieve much of their belongings!!! I wish my mom wouldn't have chosen that place to live, it endangered everyones lives that night and made everyone lose a lot of sentimental belongings!!!!!
