This place LOOKS as though it may be nice from the outside, even has a FEW positive traits on the inside, beside the mold and such! It's in a GREAT area, Amongst a few other positives.(work-out room -POOR, Pool(s)-GOOD, sauna -GOOD) Besides that, this place is not a good choice to live at. The staff is very stuck up and only want your money. The Mgt is a very POOR. The Apts ARE structually made of inches of CONCRETE...and that may help for above and below you noise, but thats it! I can hear my neighbors (2) doors down -talking! I even had a friend stand 10 ft from the door, and talk in a normal to slightly louder tone, and I could hear him halfway down the hall. The HEATED garage, isnt even heated. The staff spends most of its time TALKING about renovations, that they dont have time to do any of them. This place is bad people...way overpriced as well. The place is no where near a good deal OVERALL. Burnsville is a GREAT renters city, you definitely DON'T need to settle with BURNINGHAM. Regular 1 bedroom rent $785
