So, I have read all of the other reviews... I have a feeling that those who wrote the bad reviews probobly had some personal issues with the management and feel that this is a good way to get back at them. I have lived here for 2 years now and It's true Burningham is in need of some improvements. And that is exactly what they are doing!!! People do not understand that these things take time. We live in a huge place and everything can't be done at once. They have been doing improvements for the last two years, which is as long as the new management company has owned it, that have been very necessary. ie. putting on all new roofs. The office staff is very nice and you can tell they really care about this place. They seem to be equally as frustrated with how long things take to be renovated, but they assure us we will be happy with the results. And so far I am!! Burningham is a wonderful place to live. It is in a great location with lots of things to do. I plan on living here for a long time. Oh and by the way, don't just take my word for it, come and see for yourself.
