Stay away from this place they will do anything to get you in and then they think they can treat you anyway they want. At first glance it looks nice but once I got in I realized what a dump it was. My apartment had so much damage I can even begin to list it all. When your lease expires they will up your rent like crazy assuming you will stay. Plus you have to negotiate your lease which is the stupidest thing I ever heard of. Most places just give you the price to stay for another year. I had to negotiate with the office manager which was a joke. When I called her she never returned my calls and when I went to the office her negotiation consisted of nothing but lies and rudeness. The office staff is a disorganized mess, on 3 separate occasions the staff called me to ask my storage room number and every time I would write it down and bring it to them but they would call again. I am so glad to be out of here I would never recommend this place or any others from this management company.
