The apartment itself is nice enough. People are very friendly. HOwever, the balconies are way too small. When neighbors are on their balcony, it sounds like they are on yours. When I have my patio door open, I feel like my neighbors can probably hear everything I say if I'm in my living room talking with friends.

In the summertime you can't have your windows open if you want any sleep. Noisy cars, Noisy people coming home late at night.

Not where I want to be.
