I too was lured in by cheap rent and promises of updates. A year and a half later $135 dollars in raised rent(and thats after negotiating it...jesus christ) and very little changes, I've had nothing but problems, The MOLD ...Oh My God! Everywhere! And it's effecting my health now. Holes were cut in my cealing to fix problems and rather than patching them, They put up peices of plastic, the plumbing is insanely horrible, the toilet alone in the last week has burst hoses from it 5 times, leaving my bathroom a small waterpark and well they don't care. The heated garage I was looking forward too....to bad its just a garage. And the mystery vent I have is awesome because I can smell other tenents rank cooking, cigar smoking, and get to hear they're music too! The staff is insanely rude, especially when you tell them your moving out. When it rains, the lower level has floods, they're solution is a wetvac.....because obviously fixing it is way to expensive and they probably don't want to loose the awesome mold smell either. What this place needs is a wreckingball.
