Burningham Apts. was purchased by Johnson Co. in June 2007, and the place has gone down hill fast! They quit heating the pools, and they quit signing for packages. The hot water in the buildings was turned down and now it is barely warm enough to take showers! Hot water boiler keeps breaking down. The New apartment manager is Rude. It's too bad, this used to be a nice place to live.
Don't rent here unless you like cold showers and shivering in the pool.
