I've read alot of these reviews and noticed them to be outdated. For example the office does sign for your packages. At least they have since I moved in around Nov '07. The good the apartment are in alright shape remember people your paying cheap rent don't expect the ritz. Also your in Northern burnsville which is a rather poor community compared to southern burnsville. The yelling kids in the hallway can get annoying but it's an apartment. The insulation isn't the greatest but they pay for heat so just crank up the heat and it will even out. This place isn't great but I moved here from Burncliff and this place is a huge step up from there. My biggest problem is the dryers in the laundry rooms suck ass and don't completely dry your clothing.

Maybe you got a better deal on rent than I did, but I pay a lot of money for a below-average apartment. I don't expect it to be perfect, but I do expect the management to take care of the mold problem, which they are not doing. From reading some of the other reviews, the mold seems to be a big problem here.
