Okay so I know a lot of people think that these apartments are pretty bad but honestly since management changed they have really improved this place. I've been living here for a little while now and they really have straightened up.. Leslie and Mary, a couple of the Managers, are very helpful with any request I have brought to them.. They are even trying to get a community group together to help them make this place even more welcoming to new residents.. I'm very happy with what has been done so far and what is still being done to improve this place..

Yea, and now things seem to be going downhill again...things in the building keep breaking (button in the elevator, front entry lock, most of the laundry machines etc.) and they don't get fixed. It is extremely frustrating to pay the same amount of rent every month for a building that keeps getting worse. Security is the worst issue here- I know of a couple people who've had things stolen from their apartments or cars and would never feel safe if I lived here alone. I do not recommend Burningham.

I sure haven't seen any improvement; every little thing seems to be getting worse. I can't wait to get out of here: the elevators never work, cars and storage lockers are getting broken into, and the noise and smoking are getting worse.
