I lived in Burningham Apartments and had a HORRIBLE experience with them, and would not recommend this place to anyone. I have lived in other apartments before with great experiences but living at this place was a horror. Upon moving in, there was mold growing on walls nears the windows, I guess this is a problem for other residents too since they mentioned it in one of their monthly newsletters. I was living with a family of MICE in my kitchen (have pictures as proof) and the exterminator came 3x without solving the issue -- one of the staff members suggested that using Bounce fabric sheets would solve my problem. I had to CATCH the mice myself to get rid of them. Staff is very rude and does not seem to care about anything but taking money. A few months after moving in, the person who parks next me in the underground parking had their car stolen. I ALSO had my car STOLEN out of their undergound parking garage. Did I mention that the parking garage also FLOODS when it rains' Cheaply made garage. Staff did nots not care about trying to improve security, and in fact I believe there are NO survellience cameras at all, they don't even put an effort forth. I also spoke to someone who had their car broken into in the same underground parking garage. There are all types of shady people living at this apartments complex, it is loud and someone even urinated in one of the elevators (disgusting). The elevator shakes in my building, the door of the elevator will open before it reaches the floor. The main door would not open for awhile, people would be lined up by the door trying to get into their own building because they neglected to fix the lock. I have been stalked/followed by random residents who live here, and I had no peace of mind living there. I am GLAD I no longer live at this dump. You can find a nicer, cleaner, safer place for the same price elsewhere. Nightmare, it seems like Burnsville's entire ghetto could be found living right in this apartment complex.
