I havnt even rented yet and im having problems. they wanted a high deposit (no big deal I guess) then changed the amount $600 to 700) and told us no one ever said 600 ( which we had a long discussion about so i KNOW we did)then they said it doesnt even guarantee us an apartment . As in it doesnt hold the one were supposed to get and they said it doesnt guarantee there will even be one. WTF is the $700 for then' just forget it. sheesh And this is the NEW management!

You should stay away. Please find another apartment with a lower crime rate, it's not worth living in a place where your safety is in jeopardy. They never mailed me back my deposit or ever sent me any notice of my deposit after I moved out about 6 months ago, which is illegal. The last apartment I lived in, they gave me back 100% of my deposit.

I am sure you didn't even offer them your forwarding address since you were so miserable there. It's amazing that someone of your intelligence would wait 6 whole months for your deposit if you knew it was illegal for them to do so. This website only is a snapshot of someone's unhappiness. I am glad that everyone takes the time to say the negative things that happen to them rather the positive things such as; their upgrades to the common areas (hallway carpeting and lighting). PS... I don't even live at this community. I am simply a guest of a resident that has lived at Burningham Apartments for over a year now.

kids pee under the stairs on that 'upgraded carpet' police are here daily. we had three fire alarms in one month. the grounds outside look nice. I used to live in one of the other building and I loved it (B building with the office) iv been asking to get my name on the buzzer for three months, I couldnt get a main dorr key for almost three weeks. our apt looks nice on the inside. the walls are almost sound proof which is nice. is say im unhappy with management and teh areas outside my apt but im happy with the apt itself.
