I have lived here for 3 years. The first year was fine I was in the show building. I moved to another building and have only had problems. It has completely turned into ghetto living. Only 2 maitenence staff available. I could list and list the problems here. Put it this way if it breaks don't count on it getting fixed anytime soon or not done well. And the Burnsville's finest is usually there a couple of times a day. I have even seen guns drawn. I plan on moving as soon as my lease is up. I would not recommend to anyone. Plus, the buildings are full of black mold. Underground garage not heated and has had several cars broken into.
