I have lived here at CC for about 9 months, and at first I thought that it was a wonderful place to live, but I have since come to realize that it really isn't. When I first moved in I had an elderly neighbor who lived in the apartment underneath me, and he and his wife seemed to be very sweet. Well, about a week into our lease, OMR (old man river) started to come upstairs and knock on our door about every little noise that we made. I'm not talking about loud parties or excessive noise, I'm talking about walking down the hall, vaccuming, talking, the volume of the TV etc. I also have two mini dachshunds, one was a puppy nine months ago, and one who is just a puppy now. People who know anything about dogs know that they bark on occassion. Especially puppies. So naturally, if you're living in a pet building, you are going to hear other people's animals bark! OMR calls the office and compains everytime we make ANY KIND of noise! So we are about to get evicted over a puppy barking on and off. Meanwhile, we have these neighbors upstairs who are probably in college and wear muscle shirts and shorts in the winter. They have parties, do backflips in their third floor apartment, and do pullups off of the third floor balcony. Their guests and themselves have no respect for people living around them. These parties are literally nightly Thursday thru Sunday. The police have been here countless times about noise complaints and underage drinking, and they are getting moved to another building. So I guess its ok to be loud and drunk, but it's not ok to have dogs who are in the process of being trained!! The people in the office, actually just the manager, Nicole, is VERY unprofessional and RUDE. She definately thinks that she is in a position to push people around and make life hell for those who aren't perfect in her community of apartments. She writes memos with the grammar and punctuation of a kindergartener! I guess it's a good job for someone with only a high school education. As soon as my lease is up I am planning on moving out of this place. It's pretty much living with your parents in their basement and paying WAY TOO MUCH for rent!! When you first come here to inquire about the apartments, it seems like the best place in Burnsville to live if you're renting, but as soon as you're here for a couple months it turns into a nightmare!! Absolutely rediculous!! Please, DO NOT RENT FROM COVENTRY COURT!!!!!!!!

I would take a look at your use of grammar/spelling/etc in your "review" before you critize others. Especially since this site underlines these errors in your review before you submit it. Unprofessional personal attacks and hypocrisy, well, it doesn't help your "review" seem all that accurate.
