our family moved to Coventry Court a few months ago. thought it looked like a nice place, should of done more research. grounds are NOT kept well. people are not picking up after their animals, so when you get your mail, you feel like you are going through a mine field. grounds are not lit well at all, so be very cautious going out to your vehicle anytime we have bad weather in Minnesota. Both my spouse and I have slipped due to unsalted paths, and poorly lit areas. Outdated exercise room as well, but luckily there is a Lifetime Fitness close by, until the summer.

Interior walls are now cracking due to poor paint job, and non-updated appliances will have to be serviced by maintenance a few times during your lease. I will say the staff is very nice, and attempts to get things done, but there are many other close options especially for families who do not have pets that are trying to find a nice place to live. Luckily this is only temporary for us, and will be moving soon!!

I agree!! I go get my mail, and it's just disgusting. Maintenance should be cleaning up, or offer dog bags for people. This place is a joke.

BEWARE renters!!! Read the lease very carefully- note the 'blackout' months! Be very careful of when you give notice, you have to give 58 days and if the end of your 58 days falls into their black out period (Dec. Jan. Feb) then lookout! They will sock it too you with rent charged during that whole time!! Be careful- if you rent month to month- it is NOT as it seems. I gave 6 six weeks notice and I still got stuck paying rent during their blackout period EVEN THOUGH I went month to month AND gave them over a month notice! There was no way out of that loop hole- I had an attorney check into it. They are money-grubbing people. Rude staff. Don't live there, there are much better places to live and you will enjoy it much more than CC.
